Hey everyone, I’ve been wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a refund for the non-functioning power tonneau cover on their R1T. I’m at the point where I’m tired of waiting for Rivian to come through with the replacement they’ve been promising for ages.
It feels like if we really pushed hard, maybe even legally, they’d have to issue refunds since the product isn’t working as advertised. Has anyone gone down that route, or are most people just sticking it out and waiting? Would love to hear if anyone’s managed to get their money back or if there’s a better way to handle this situation.
