Rivian Power Tonneau Cover Refund Options

Hey everyone, I’ve been wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a refund for the non-functioning power tonneau cover on their R1T. I’m at the point where I’m tired of waiting for Rivian to come through with the replacement they’ve been promising for ages.

It feels like if we really pushed hard, maybe even legally, they’d have to issue refunds since the product isn’t working as advertised. Has anyone gone down that route, or are most people just sticking it out and waiting? Would love to hear if anyone’s managed to get their money back or if there’s a better way to handle this situation.

I haven’t heard of anyone getting a refund yet, but pushing for one might be worth it. You could also escalate through Rivian’s customer service or consider legal advice.

I’d love to sit down with a Rivian executive and get some answers, but I’m not ready to give up on this just yet. We were promised an amazing feature, only to see it vanish without a trace. They definitely owe us an explanation!
