I've been a Rivian R1T owner for over two years now, and unfortunately, my experience has been plagued with numerous issues. From a non-functional tonneau cover to persistent Bluetooth connectivity problems, it's been a frustrating journey.

The wind noise is excessive, the seats are uncomfortable on long drives, and the infotainment system is slow and unresponsive. Rivian's slow pace of software updates and lack of new features are also disappointing.

I'm considering legal action due to the severity of these issues and Rivian's apparent lack of urgency in addressing them. Has anyone else had similar experiences with their R1T?
 
If you’re considering legal action, make sure you’ve documented every issue thoroughly, dates, correspondence, repair attempts, etc. I’ve seen cases where a solid paper trail pushed the manufacturer to act before it went to court. Have you looked into contacting your state’s attorney general or consumer protection agency? Sometimes a formal complaint there can light a fire under the manufacturer without jumping straight to legal action.
