I just got my R1T, but the tonneau cover is missing! I've been trying to reach the dealer, but they're not answering. I also didn't want the underbody shield, but I got charged for it. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

I haven't had it, but I don't think it is such a deal. Just keep trying to contact them, and once they answer, I am sure they will resolve this for you.

I mean, you should to this right away, @Olandz. It is clear they didn't pay any attention at all.Escalating the issue with the dealer’s customer service, and also document everything and consider contacting Rivian directly for assistance.

Rivian has had ongoing problems with tonneau covers, and some were removed from builds without clear communication. If your dealer isn’t answering, check your original order details and contact Rivian directly, they might send one later.
