Missing tonneau cover

I just got my R1T, but the tonneau cover is missing! I've been trying to reach the dealer, but they're not answering. I also didn't want the underbody shield, but I got charged for it. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do?

I haven't had it, but I don't think it is such a deal. Just keep trying to contact them, and once they answer, I am sure they will resolve this for you.

Escalating the issue with the dealer’s customer service, and also document everything and consider contacting Rivian directly for assistance.
